Casa Dorothy is our premiere 2500 square-foot beachfront penthouse located right in the heart of Old Town, Puerto Vallarta - in front of the famous Los Muertos Beach.  Sitting atop the seven-floor Playa Bonita building, the unit boasts three bedrooms plus an upper loft room with additional bed, three full bathrooms, and a private roof-top terrace with plunge pool and lounge chairs.  The roof-top terrace is the perfect space to take in the sun, relax in the dipping pool while listening to the ocean and taking in the stunning oceanfront sunsets of Puerto Vallarta.

The kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and all kitchen necessities for cooking and dining at home. Both ocean-front bedrooms have king-sized beds while the master has its own private balcony overlooking the beach. The back bedroom has two single beds which can be combined with a topper to make a third king upon request. All three of these bedrooms offer air-conditioning, ceiling fans and closet-space for guest use.  There is a fourth loft-style bedroom with a queen-sized bed on the upper floor (note the loft has six-foot ceilings and does not offer AC, but floor-fans are provided).

The building itself offers 24 hour security/reception, a large common-area pool, and private beach area with palapas and beach-chairs for use by registered guests.
